It has been a real triumph to get a third release of The Spoken Generation out this term, considering the many challenges we have all faced. Between preparation for exams, as Harriet Jensen touches on in her article, and multiple lockdowns, as Domitille Vellaud and Jamie Brew discuss, the pupils involved have managed to put aside time to collate their thoughts on a particular topic and write to their hearts' content. It has been very rewarding to work with the Year 8's for the first time and to see the talent that is to come up to the College and keep projects like the pupil magazine going. With insights from our International pupils as well as students from all year groups, we are left with a real sense of achievement for the team's work. As we step down as editors in chief, we leave the magazine in the safe hands of Emma Bowles and Tabitha Floyd who will take the reins and continue to publish the great work of the pupils.
